  • New Products:
    Warranty will be provided as per manufacturer or distributor terms.

  • Used / Refurbished Products:
    ✔ 7 Days Checking Warranty (unless otherwise mentioned)
    ✔ Covers functional issues only

  • Laptop Parts (Motherboard, Fan, Battery, RAM, SSD, HDD, etc.):
    ✔ Tested before shipping
    ✔ Warranty valid only if seal is intact


❌ Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Physical damage or broken items

  • Burnt or short-circuited products

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Improper installation or mishandling

  • Software issues or compatibility problems

  • Damage caused by power fluctuation

  • Products without warranty sticker or seal


🔁 Refund & Replacement Policy

✅ Replacement

  • Replacement is allowed only if product is faulty and reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be returned in original condition with seal intact.

  • Replacement depends on stock availability.

❌ No Refund Policy

  • Cash refund is NOT available

  • Refund is not applicable for:

    • Change of mind

    • Compatibility issues

    • Used or installed items

    • Sale / clearance items

(Only replacement or store adjustment will be provided if applicable.)


📦 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer

  • If the product is faulty from our side, we will cover return shipping
